The complete escape is a 120 minute head-to-toe reset, starting with your 30 minute tension relieving back massage, followed by a foot cleanse, exfoliation, masked and wrapped in heated booties. Whilst you soak up all that hydration your bespoke facial will begin. During your face mask we will nourish the scalp with a hot oil hair treatment and massage. To finish this treatment we remove the face mask, apply your serums & creams, and complete with massaging the rest of the foot mask. It’s a full body and mind unwind.

We are located at 64 north street, PO19 1LP.
Our salon is private and appointment based only, so our doors remain locked. There is an intercom system, simply buzz and your therapist will come down to bring you into the salon for your appointment.

At Maison Amelie we are a women-only salon. As I work independently as a lone practitioner, this policy is in place to help ensure my personal safety and well being while providing treatments.
Thank you for your understanding and support of my small business.
Unfortunately, due to our infrastructure and age of the building we do not have accessibility for wheelchair users or otherwise. Access to the salon requires the use of stairs, and we currently at this time do not have step-free access or lift facilities.
If you have any accessibility requirements or concerns before your appointment, please do not hesitate to get in touch. We will always do our best to discuss your needs and advise whether we are able to accommodate you safely.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
We do not allow pets/animals into the salon, with the exception of service animals.

We take all card payments - including AMEX, cash and gift vouchers.
Do I need a patch test for certain treatments?
Yes, treatments include; eyebrow tinting, eyelash tint, eyelash lifting.
This is to ensure your safety in case of allergic reactions. We require a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment for patch tests and they must be re-completed yearly. Failure to show up to your patch test will result in your treatment being either rescheduled or cancelled.
We understand that childcare isn’t always easy, you are welcome to bring up to two children with you to your appointment, provided they are well-behaved and always remain supervised by you. We kindly ask that children remain seated and do not run around the salon or enter treatment areas unless accompanying you. If you would like to bring a friend, partner or someone else to supervise children please let the salon know at the time of booking your appointment.
Clients 18 and over are welcome to attend appointments independently.
Clients aged 12-17 years are welcome to receive treatment; however, a parent or legal guardian must remain in the salon for the duration of the appointment.
Unfortunately, we are unable to carry our treatments on children under the age of 12.
If you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for your age, please do not hesitate to contact the salon before booking – we are happy to help.
